It’s entirely possible to never leave the estate. However, if the temptation to pay a visit to the local gelateria (for what must be the world’s greatest ice cream) overcomes you, we totally understand. Once you are out, there are some fantastic things in the local area you wouldn’t want to miss. Or if you want some fun on the estate, here are some great activities
Tennis
We have a tennis court on the estate with tennis rackets and balls available. It’s perfect for working off the pasta!
Table Tennis
Actual tennis too stressful? Do table tennis instead. And when it all gets a bit heated, jump in the pool
Table Football
Table football is great for two or four. You’ve been warned – it can get competitive!
Wine tour
It’s unlikely, but you may want to leave the estate at some point, if so we can organise trips to great local wineries
Luxury brand outlets
The Villa is located in the heart of the best leather district in Italy, and hence many of the premium fashion brands produce their goods here. As such you will find outlets for Prada, Tods, Fabi, Miu Miu, and Hugo Boss. And we can take you there.
Walk & Cycle
If you want to make your way into Civitanova town there is a foot and cycle path that will take you directly there
